What age groups do you accept?
We accept swimmers of all ages (18&U), from young beginners to advanced athletes. Our team is divided into different groups based on age and skill level to ensure appropriate training and development.
What is the practice schedule like?
Practice schedules vary by group, with younger swimmers typically practicing fewer days per week and for shorter durations, while older and more advanced swimmers have more frequent and longer practices. Specific schedules are provided upon joining the team.
How do I join?
To join the team, we recommend attending a New Swimmer Day clinic where our coaching staff will evaluate your skills and recommend the appropriate group placement. You can find that info here. If you have prior competitive swimming experience, we recommend you email us here!
Where are your pool locations?
Our practices are held at several locations: Eden Prairie Community Center, Oak Point Elementary, and the International School of Minnesota. During the summer, we also utilize the Richfield pool for LCM.
